采埃孚关于“CDC®”商标使用事宜官方声明

采埃孚股份公司（ZF Friedrichshafen AG，以下简称为我司）始终高度重视对我司知识产权的保护，并致力于与社会各界携手共同打造、维护公平的市场竞争环境。近期，行业内误用我司“CDC^®”商标的情况引起我司高度关注，在此，特就关于“CDC^®”商标使用事宜发表如下声明：

一 、“CDC^®”是我司持有的注册商标

“CDC^®”是我司旗下汽车减振器产品的一个重要品牌，我司在中国、德国、美国等多个重要市场均就“CDC^®”取得了商标注册，享有相应的注册商标专用权。

二、使用“CDC^®”商标的注意事项

1、在指代我司旗下该品牌的汽车减振器产品时，请同时使用注册商标标志“®” , 即“CDC^®”；或进一步明确该品牌属于我司旗下，例如采用“采埃孚公司的CDC^®减振器产品”等表述；

2、请勿单独使用“CDC”文字指代我司旗下该品牌的汽车减振器产品。错误示例如：“CDC减振器”或“采埃孚公司的CDC减振器”;

3、请勿将“CDC”作为“连续可变阻尼控制”、“连续减振控制”等技术的代称。

4、请勿将“CDC”用于指代非我司的汽车减振器产品。

任何未经我司授权在生产、销售、宣传等活动中使用“CDC^®”、“CDC”商标，或者制造、销售带有“CDC^®”、“CDC”商标的产品的行为，均可能涉嫌构成对我司注册商标专用权或其他合法权益的侵犯，我司将通过法律途径维护我司合法权利和权益。

ZF Friedrichshafen AG (hereinafter referred to as "ZF") has always placed a high priority on protecting our intellectual property rights and is committed to working with all sectors of society to create and maintain a fair competition environment. Recently, the misuse of our "CDC^®" trademark within the automotive industry has drawn our company's significant attention. As such, we hereby issue the following statement regarding the use of the "CDC^®" trademark:

I."CDC^®" is a registered trademark held by ZF

"CDC^®" is an important brand for automotive damper products of ZF, ZF has obtained trademark registrations for "CDC^®" in several key markets, including China, Germany, and the United States, and enjoys the corresponding exclusive rights.

II. Guidelines for using the "CDC^®" trademark

1. When referring to our company's automotive damper products under this brand, please make sure that the registered trademark symbol "®" is used simultaneously, i.e., "CDC^®"; or to further clarify that the brand belongs to our company, for example, by using expressions such as "ZF's CDC^® damper products".

2. Please do not use the characters "CDC" alone to refer to our company's automotive damper products under this brand. Incorrect examples include: "CDC dampers" or "ZF's CDC dampers".

3. Please do not use "CDC" to refer to specific technologies such as "Continuous Variable Damping Control" , "Continuous Damping Control".

4. Please do not use "CDC" to refer to any automotive damper products not from ZF.

Any use of the "CDC^®" or "CDC" trademark in production, sales, promotional activities, or the manufacture and sale of products bearing the "CDC^®" or "CDC" trademark without ZF's permission may constitute infringement of ZF's trademark rights or other legitimate interests, against which ZF reserves the right to take legal measures.
